What are your shipping fees?
All merchandise is shipped via UPS. We offer four different shipping methods.We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $125 (before shipping). Only for USA standard shipping. Does not apply for express shipping, International orders or previous purchases.

UPS Ground
Delivery occurs in 3 to 5 business days. $10 charge for orders under $125.

UPS 3 Day Select
Delivery is guaranteed in 3 business days. $20 charge.

UPS 2nd Day
Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days. $35 charge.

UPS Next Day Air
Delivery is guaranteed the next business days. $55 charge.

2nd Day Air
Shipping charges for Puerto Rico and International orders is $50 by 2nd Day Air.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays) and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. All orders placed after 1PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 72 hours. Orders placed after 1PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
What if my item is unavailable?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we are back ordered on certain colors or sizes. If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will notify you via e-mail or phone with the expected ship date.
Do you ship to where I live?
We are happy to ship to locations outside the United States, though these international shipments are subject to additional charges. All applicable taxes and duties will be your responsibility. We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.

What if I refuse my shipment?
If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to A’nue Ligne. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
