What is your return policy?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days after the purchase date of the item. If you receive the wrong item, we will also accept it for refund. Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via www.anuemiami.com. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
What is your exchange policy?
If you would like to make an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will need to first return the item to A'nue Miami and place a new order on our website.
Return Shipping Rates
For each package that is returned with a shipping label supplied by A’nue Miami, a flat rate fee of $10 per package will be deducted from your total refund. In order to receive a refund, you will need an RA number before returning your goods. You may use one of the contact methods below and request a return label if you would like one. If you choose to return your item using your own label, please insure the shipment! You are responsible for the goods until they arrive at the A’nue Miami warehouse. Once an RA Number is obtained, it must be written on the outside of the shipment box. Any shipments received without an RA Number will be denied and sent back to its original address. All sale items are final.

Where should I ship my return?

What if I receive the wrong item?
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly and sent you the incorrect item, we will gladly take back that item for a full refund at our expense. A’nue Miami will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
How should I ship my return?
Pack and seal your box securely. To be properly processed, your return must have the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please enclose a copy of the invoice. If you are using a label provided by A’nue Miami, make sure to affix the return-shipping label on your package. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us, so we encourage you to insure your shipment.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment minus the cost of the return shipping ($10), if applicable. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
